Administrator
My’Oshia is the administrator for Legacy at College Hill. Her biggest role is to support the team of caregivers that provide vital services to our residents. My’Oshia has a bachelor’s degree in science with the concentration of Health Care Administration and received her Nursing Home Administration License in 2020.

Sarah Shaw
Director of Nursing
Sarah is a Wichita native who graduated from Butler Community College where she earned her degree in nursing. Sarah started in healthcare as a C N A/CMA and climbed up the ladder to LPN and finally RN/DON. This is Sarah’s 3rd year as a Director of Nursing.

Nikki Teel
Marketing Director
Nikki is the marketing director for Legacy at College Hill. She has worked at Legacy since 2019. She enjoys helping families with the admission process and building relationships with case managers at area hospitals and physician offices. A graduate of Wichita State University, she has a bachelor’s degree in general studies with special focus in gerontology and MBA from Baker University.

Robyn Huggins
Business Office Manager
Robyn helps residents work through financial
needs, such as, applying for Medicaid, assisting with resident funds along with
other business office duties for our community.

Brenna Lynch
Director of Rehabilitation
Brenna joined Legacy at College Hill in August 2022 where she serves as a Physical Therapist Assistant and Director of Rehabilitation with Reliant . Brenna has more than 20 years’ experience in the health care field with previous experience in alternative therapy, and patient care technician in the hospital setting. She manages and supervises the rehab team which includes, physical, occupational, and speech therapies.
Brenna is a graduate of Wichita State University completing her BA in Exercise Science and Hutchinson Community College completing her AAS in physical therapy. She enjoys water exercise and playing with her two Shih Tzus and one Great Dane.
The therapy team professionals are here because they have a passion to work with the elderly and ill population and work hard to provide high quality service to maintain maximum function, while providing the best quality for your loved one.

Jessica Grace
Activities Director
Jessica is responsible for coordinating a full range of programs to make your stay with us enjoyable. Shortly after your admission, this individual will help you select the programs and activities in which you would like to participate.

Christa Greene
Social Services Director
Christa can help you with any personal concerns you may have and is happy to work in coordination with your family to help meet your needs.

Dara Pitchfork
Director of Housekeeping
Dara oversees the housekeeping and laundry team. The Housekeeping team helps clean rooms and the community. The Laundry Aide launders your clothing and returns it to your room.

Mona Palkowitsh
HR Director
Mona oversees staff recruitment and human resources for our employees.

Carolyn Guise
MDS Coordinator
Carolyn is a vital part of the care plan process when the team meets with you to discuss your care plan needs and goals.
